Triple internal truss design

Our electric doors are built around a rigid triple internal truss framework. This design provides superior strength against wind loading and sagging. Trusses are webbed with diagonal bracing which significantly increases their stiffness and improves overall door strength. Trusses run horizontally and span the entire door width, tapering off at the outer edges for a refined interior appearance. Trusses are located at the bottom, 1/3 and at 2/3 of the way up on the door. This provides consistent strength over the entire face of the door. The triple truss design makes our doors so stiff that we´ve never required the use of a troublesome central crane bolt.
